Elite Essentials– Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your gear. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility:

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

- Sale items, socks, underwear, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Returns must include your order number or proof of purchase.

🔄 Exchanges:

- We offer free size exchanges within Indonesia.

- If you'd like to exchange for a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

💰 Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🚚 How to Return:

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

  3. Ship the item back using any reliable courier. (We recommend a trackable service.)

  4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

❗ Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement ASAP. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
